The Email Settings section allows you to configure the notifications sent to both the site administrator and the client when a new quote request is submitted. These settings help you stay informed and provide immediate confirmation to clients, enhancing communication and professionalism.

Fields and Descriptions

  • Admin Email Activation
    Example: Enabled
    Enable this option to automatically send an email notification to the administrator each time a new quote request is received. This ensures that no request goes unnoticed.

  • Admin Name
    Example: John Brown
    Enter the name of the person who will receive quote notifications. This name may be used in the “From” or greeting section of the notification email.

  • Admin Email Address
    Example: [email protected]
    Specify the email address where new quote request notifications will be sent. Make sure this is an actively monitored inbox.

  • Admin Email Subject
    Example: New Quote Request Received
    Define the subject line for the email sent to the administrator. A clear subject helps you quickly recognize quote requests in your inbox.

  • Admin Email Body
    Example:

    You have received a new quote request on [website_name].
    
    Client Name: [client_name]
    Client Email: [client_email]

  • Client Email Subject
    Example: Thank You for Your Quote Request
    Set the subject line for the confirmation email sent to the client. Use a friendly and professional tone to reassure them their request has been received.

    Thank you for your request! We’ve received your message and will get back to you shortly.
    
    Here’s a summary of your request:

    These examples follow the format you would typically use inside an email template, allowing your system to dynamically replace each [shortcode] with its corresponding value.

You don’t need to memorize the shortcodes. Just click the “Shortcodes” button in the text editor. This will open a window showing all available shortcodes.

Simply click on any shortcode to insert it into your text automatically.
