Services

In the Services section, you can manage all the services you offer through InstantQuote AI. Each service corresponds to a custom form with fields tailored to that specific service. These forms are used to collect relevant client input and generate accurate quotes using AI.

Columns of the Services Settings page

• Service
  Displays the name of the service, which helps identify it in the list.

• Actions

  • Edit: Opens the editable form configuration for the selected service.

  • Delete: Permanently removes the service.

• Professional Role
  Shows the role (e.g., web developer, consultant) associated with the service.

• Hourly Rate
  Indicates the default hourly rate applied to the service when calculating quotes.

• Form Shortcode
  Use this shortcode to embed the form related to that service on any page or post.

  Tell us what you need. Include how it should work, any specific goals or requirements. The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.

Editing an Existing Service

Click Edit to open the custom settings for the selected service. You’ll see a configuration panel where you can:

• Update the service name, role, and hourly rate.

• Configure custom fields specific to the service.

• Adjust AI and layout options for that service only.

• Save or close the edit panel using the buttons at the bottom.

Adding a New Service

To create a new service:

1. Click the Add service button.

2. You will see a form where you can configure the custom fields and service settings.

3. After saving, the service will appear in the list with its shortcode.
