DeepSearch Plugin – Analytics
The Analytics section helps you analyze how users are interacting with your site’s search functionality. This feature is essential for understanding user behavior, content gaps, and opportunities for new blog posts.

Date Range Filter
Use the two date input fields to select the start and end dates for your report.
Description:
Choose the start and end dates to filter the search analytics. Only the searches performed within the selected time period will be included in the report.
After selecting the dates, click the “Show Overview” button to generate the analytics report.
Report Overview
The report includes detailed information about each search query logged by the plugin within the selected date range. The data shown in the report includes:
- Date – When the search was performed
- IP Address – The (possibly anonymized) IP address of the user
- Device/Browser – Information from the user agent string
- Client Request – The actual search term entered by the user
- Found – Whether matching content was found
- Referrer – The page from which the search originated
- Warning – Any warnings related to the query
- Error – Any errors that occurred during the search

Most Searched Missing Topic
At the bottom of the report, the system will identify the Most Searched Missing Topic—the query that was searched for most often but returned no results.
This insight is extremely valuable for planning new content. It indicates what users are actively searching for but cannot currently find on your site.
Generate a Draft Blog Post
Next to the Most Searched Missing Topic, you’ll find a button that allows you to generate a blog post draft based on the topic.
Clicking this button will create an AI-generated draft directly within WordPress, providing a fast starting point for writing content that fills an identified gap in your site.
You can then review, edit, and publish the post as needed—ensuring your content stays aligned with real user interests.
