DeepSearch Plugin – Security Settings

The Security Settings section lets you protect your search form from unwanted or malicious activity. These settings are especially useful to prevent spam and limit access from specific IP addresses.

Security Key

Description:
The security key is used to validate legitimate form submissions and prevent bots from abusing the search form.

Recommendation:
Generate a strong, unique key. Avoid using easily guessable values.

IP Addresses Blacklist

Description:
This field allows you to block specific IP addresses from submitting the search form.

Format:
Enter one or more IP addresses, separated by commas or new lines. Example:

192.168.1.100
203.0.113.45, 198.51.100.23

Note:
Make sure to double-check IPs before adding them to avoid unintentionally blocking legitimate users.
