Quote PDF Settings
The Quote PDF Settings section allows you to customize the appearance of your generated quotes. These settings control branding, typography, and layout, giving you full control over how your PDF quotes look and feel.

Fields and Descriptions

Your Logo

Upload your company logo to be displayed at the top of the quote PDF. Use a high-resolution image (preferably PNG or JPG) for best results. The logo helps reinforce your brand identity in client communications. -
Custom Font File (only .ttf)
Example:OpenSans-Regular.ttf
Upload a TrueType Font (.ttf) file to customize the font used in the quote PDF. This setting allows you to maintain visual consistency with your brand’s typography. -
Custom Font File for bold (only .ttf)
Example:OpenSans-Bold.ttf
Upload a separate .ttf file specifically for bold text. This ensures proper rendering of headings and emphasized text in the PDF. -
Font Size (in pixels)

Set the base font size for the main text in the quote PDF. Use a size that ensures readability without overcrowding the layout. -
Font Titles Size (in pixels)

Define the font size for titles and headings within the quote PDF. This helps distinguish section headers from the body text. -
Font Bold Size (in pixels)

Set the font size specifically for bold text. This is useful when you want bold text to stand out with slightly larger sizing than regular text. -
Footer

Enter the footer text that will appear at the bottom of every quote PDF. You can include contact information, legal disclaimers, or a friendly note.
